Young Captains #Atlantic Ocean

Young Captains Atlantic ocean, is a training for all between 17-25 of age, who are exited about experiencing new horizons of there abilities and enjoying the elements wind, sun and water. The focus go on practical experience about sailing and seamanship.The training is organised by Lia (our youngest Instructor), and provided by Dobo( RYA instructor),and Lia.

During the training we will practice:

# SAFETY FIRST

#Boat handling

#MOB exercise(with a Dan Buoy) under sails and engine

#Different equipment failure (Engine,GNSS,Ruder,etc)

#Traditional navigation (using only hand bearing compass and paper chart)

#Night sailing (if suitable for the crew and weather condition)

#Genaker and or Spinaker sailing(when available)

#Anchoring

#Wishes and suggestions from the crew….

….also during the training week we will discuss :

#Safety equipment,

#Personal and yacht equipment ,

#Nautical lows and regulations

#..and many more(all questions about yachting are welcome)

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Suitable training boat

• 5 Days Training with RYA Instructor

• 6 Days on board accommodation

• Breakfast and mineral water on board for 5 Days

• Diesel consumption of the boat during the training

What’s Not included:

• Lunch and Dinner (Grocery and food preparing should be organised by the participant)The boat has fully equipped galley and is available to all Participants

• Any transportation ,transfers etc. (we are not travel agency)

• Any food and drinks outside the boat.
